AHHHHH!

Work is a whirlwind today and I need a short break.

I went with my sister and grandmother yesterday to David's Bridal to try on my dress. Lacey is getting married in September and I am her matron-of-honor. All I can say is, "Praise Jesus, Lacey has taste." I just wish she was decisive. I love my sister but she can't make a decision to save her life.

I have tried to explain to her that this is her day. Not mine. Not mom's. Just hers. If she decides that her colors are orange and yellow, I'll wear it with a smile. Thankfully, she decided on this clover color.

This is the second gown she has picked. The first was two-pieces, in cream and crimson or was that crimson and cream? (she couldn't decide) Regardless, the dresses are now ordered. There is no turning back.

Hopefully.

On the homefront, Ethan woke up entirely too early this morning at 6:00am. I refused to arise so we laid in bed for another hour until Brian got home from work. The look on his face when he heard the garage door open was priceless. He was laying still and heard the hum of the door. He sat up so quickly with wide eyes and mouth opened, he gasped and said, "YAY!"

Who can resist that? We got up and I made breakfast. I scrambled to get ready for work and left in time to grab Starbucks. A girl's gotta have her coffee! Now I'm slammed at work, desk piled high.

So back to work for me. Happy Tuesday!
