Rain, Rain, Go Away!

The rain has seriously deflated my mood today. Granted, it wasn't a great mood to begin with.

Ethan isn't feeling well. Stuffy/runny nose and a cough. He didn't sleep well last night so in turn, I didn't sleep well.

Other people* are in bad moods for reasons I won't discuss on the internet, which only causes me to bothered that they are mad at me. For stupid reasons. In my opinion.

I decided to let Brian sleep in today, which is his day off, and brought Ethan to work with me. Sick Ethan + bad mood mama = not good.

Ethan was reluctant to take a nap. Totally understood since he's not at home like normal but he was exhausted and crabby. So I put him in the car to go grab some lunch and he fell asleep in the drive-thru line. Great for me, but his lunch will be cold. Good thing he doesn't care.

So now I am counting down the minutes until 1:00pm when I leave for the day.

On a positive note, our officer "camp" is this weekend. Camp is in quotations because it's basically us hanging out around town, but it works for us. I have already purchased three boxes of sour skittles- I think I'm ready!
