I don’t like people talking behind my back. I feel that if someone has something to say about me they should say it to my face. It is much more hurtful, in my opinion, to find out someone is whispering about you than to have them confront me about it. While confrontation is not always pleasant I’d take that over being whispered about any day.
Am I the only one to feel this way?
On a lighter note, I have the sweetest story about Ethan.
Yesterday I picked him up from Mother’s Day Out. I watched him through the window as he played with Maya. They were playing house and he was helping wash the baby in the sink. I thought it was so cute until I heard the next story.
Jacey is a little girl in his class. She is very petite and Ethan TOWERS over her. I have also been known to bribe him to go to class by talking about Jacey. When Jacey’s mom and dad leave, instead of crying she hangs her head and acts very sad. Ethan saw her sadness and walked over to her. (and this is written in Ethanese) He asked, “Wha happen Jacey?” and put his arm around her. “Er okay? Er sick? Paulya, wha happen Jacey?” He was so concerned about Jacey and knew something was wrong just by her body language. This just proves his blood runs more Bane than McGuire. HA!!
So just kidding.
Kind of.
I pray he will stay sweet for as long as possible and may his love and caring for others continue throughout his life. May he care for others always as he did for Jacey yesterday.
Work has been slammin’ lately so I haven’t posted.
Tonight is homecoming! OKLAHOMA!!

He's going to make a good husband some day! What a sweetie pie.
On a completely separate note, what did you think of The Office premiere? Was it not the funniest thing ever? Loved every second of it.
Back to kids. We just bought tickets for "The Doodlebops LIVE." I didn't know if Ethan likes the Doodlebops or not, but they are coming to the Mabee Center in January, so check it out if he does.
