Well, as of yesterday the dishes I am making for tomorrow have been doubled. We are going to my parents for morning and afternoon then to Brian's dad's for a 6:30 dinner. I'm pretty sure I'll still be full by then but I might be able to eat just one more piece of pie.
My Thanksgiving dishes now include:
sweet potato crisp
pumpkin cake
7-layer salad
picnic potatoe
coconut cake
and any last minute requests
I am going to bake my cakes today and frost them tomorrow. They both have fresh homeade frosting. Yummy! I think I'll also get the sweet potatos ready and the dressing for my salad. It's much better after being refridgerated 24 hours. That all should leave more time to help mom in the kitchen tomorrow.
