What is on your Thanksgiving day menu?

What are your plans for this Thanksgiving?
We will be having Thanksgiving at my mom and dad's this year. Brian will bring along the playstation and rock out playing Guitar Hero while I help Mom in the kitchen. Grandma, Grandpa, Dad, Ethan, Lindsay, Lacey and Mitch will be there too. The plan is to cook, relax and enjoy beating Brian at Guitar Hero- I mean- enjoy being with family.
Our menu will include:
- turkey
- dressing
- mashed potatoes (you would have thought the world stopped turning when Mom mentioned RICE to Brian and Dad)
- all with gravy (which is left up to Mom because I can't make a good gravy to save my life...in my defense- I don't eat it so I don't know a good gravy when I taste it)
- cornbake
- green bean casserole
- sweet potato casserole (2 kinds, I'll make one and mom the other)
- deviled eggs (made by Lacey)
- dinner rolls
- seven layer salad (ummm...I just this moment added that because I want it so looks like I will be making it)
- and the BEST cranberry salad you've ever tasted. No joke. I can eat it by the pint. We order it from Ham It Up...LOVE IT!!
- pumpkin pie
- apple pie
- pumpkin cake
Oh I just can't wait. But the real fun starts Friday morning when we hit the sales!

The thing I wanted to say to you this morning but couldn't think of was to ask about Brian's test. I'm glad it went well!
