Emma Grace Update

I had my 28 week check-up this morning along with my glucose screening. The nice thing about my doctor's office is that I was able to have both appointments at the same time. So instead of waiting an hour in the lab after drinking the delicious, orange, sugary concoction, I was able to go back upstairs for my check-up.

Emma looked great. She is 2 lbs and 14 oz with a head full of hair. (Well, the ultrasound didn't exactly show the hair but judging by the heartburn I have all the time, I am hoping to see some curly locks when she does arrive.) Knowing her current weight makes me wonder how big she'll be at birth.

Tomorrow will be Emma's first plane ride and her first trip to Disney World. She's done a lot of things already like So You Think You Can Dance!, the circus, and The Rockettes. She won't remember it but I will. Just like Ethan doesn't remember visiting Washington D.C., going to Highstepper camp, or visiting Grandma Vicki in Connecticut.

Maybe I should have my picture taken with all of the princesses just for her! That might be fun...and give me something to do while my boys get to actually ride the rides.
