Year 4 and 5

I made reservations at Shogun for two tomorrow night. I am really looking forward to it. We are also going to see The Bourne Ultimatum that we've been anticipating for a LONG time. We actually saw The Bourne Supremacy on our anniversary the year it came out. I bought Brian a couple small gifts. We chose not to go all out or away this year. Since I will be going to Disney in February we decided to save the money for Brian and Ethan to go. For my gift we are having family pictures made. I can't wait!!

My cousin is in town from Tennessee. She and her hubby drove in last night. I'm hoping to at least say hi to her at some point this weekend.

I was going to post pictures of our 4th and 5th year, but that is not working for me right now. Some milestones for us:
  • Decided to have a baby- Oct. 2004
  • Got pregnant- January 2005
  • Took a trip to DC- this is a must for every American at some point in their life
  • Did a LOT of baby planning and preparing
  • Stayed at home for our 4th anniversary and went to Outback
  • Ethan was born in October and began to consume our lives
  • Went to Vegas again for the Nascar Race!
  • Anything else I can think of pertains to Ethan and all his firsts
It doesn't seem like it been 6 years. Other days it does. :)

Our 3rd year...

Sadly, nothing too interesting pops out at me about our third year of marriage, 2003-2004. Is that normal?

  • We bought a new car (mine)
  • Two weeks later on a hot day we had a hail storm which did $3200 worth of damage to my new car
  • Brian didn't speak to me that day...he eventually got over it
  • We went to Las Vegas for our anniversary. Technically it was not for our anniversary but a family vacation and was paid for by Brian's mom and step-dad, but that made an even nicer anniversary trip. I found some photos:

I love In and Out

Elton John was AMAZING!

I did NOT ride this ride. My husband was obviously off his rocker to get on this thing. I planned what I'd do with all the money I would get when this ride killed him.

Not the best photo of all of us

The photo is dark and blurry, but what do you expect when the restaurant is revolving?

Ethan is feeling a little better today. No more throwing up. He still has a fever and the fussies.
